Please use my new Massagebook website for all your scheduling needs! After you book you will receive an email with a link to fill out an intake form. Please do this before you arrive if at all possible. I transferred all my existing clients to the new site so please search for your name before creating a new account.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I will be contacting you the day before your appointment to go over some screening questions and make sure you know how to get to Open Door, what entrance to use, where to wait if you’re early, and what precautions I am taking to keep you safe. Everyone needs to wear a mask to enter.
I have waived all late cancel/no show fees for the duration of the pandemic. If you have any doubts at all about your health or are concerned you might have been exposed, please stay home and we will reschedule. *You can still click “I agree with the cancellation policy” when you book an appointment, I promise not to hold you to it!*
You’ll have the option to pay by credit card when you book, or I can send you an online invoice after your massage. If you would like to pay with cash or check, please prepare it before you arrive to minimize non-massage interaction. *Everyone who is an established client should be able to book an appointment without prepaying. If you’re having any trouble just shoot me an email and I’ll fix it.*
Since we have all been impacted by the pandemic in different ways, all of my fees will be “pay what you can” for the time being. If you are comfortable paying my regular prices, please do so. If your muscles are tight but so’s your wallet – I understand. Please pay what you’re comfortable with. We’ll get through this if we all stick together. ♥
